We're Having A.....

Baby! And we don't know if it is a boy or girl because the baby kept its legs SHUT. The good news is that we will be having another ultrasound in about 2 weeks and we are hoping that we might be able to find out then. You wonder why I get to have another ultrasound in 2 weeks? Well I'm a lucky pregnant woman who is blessed to have contractions at 20 weeks and the only way to stop them is to keep my feet up. (Really I just fake them so I can be lazy ;) So we get to measure my cervix in 2 weeks to hope it stays a "good" length and keep me off of bedrest. Until then you will have to be content with this profile of my beautiful child.

Distressed Fairy

It is December 1st which means that Scraptivity has their December kit available!! Here are two projects I have made. The first is the December Sketch Layout and mine is Distressed Fairy. The second is a CAS card. I just love how this card came together! I'll being posting more later!

Mossy Cave

A double page layout I did recently from a trip Steve, Julie and I took down to Hatch. On the right side are pictures of us at the rocks that you climb up by Mossy Cave. The right side was also from the November Sketch for Scraptivity!

Happy Thanksgiving!

I was thinking this morning that it has been 8 years since I have spent Thanksgiving with my family (9 since I was in Texas for it). I am grateful that I have been able to spend 7 of those 8 years with my husband's family (1 year in UT with the Nally's.) I am grateful for all my family and friends. I hope you all (ya'll) have a great Thanksgiving!!

Baby Poll

So I have my ultrasound appointment that we will be finding out the sex of the baby on Dec. 2. To the right I've posted a poll to let everyone guess if it will be a boy or girl. So you can cast your votes up until noon on the 2nd.

New to us

Craigslist is wonderful. We got a new snake cage last week. Steve sanded and painted it and got it already for us to be able to buy Copper. We used our nightstands to put it on, so we needed a dresser for our room. We found an estate sale, last Saturday, that had the perfect dresser and for a GREAT price! Things are a little more crowded in our living room, but we LOVE it!
